Inx3 protein distribution in wild type embryonic gut cells.
The image shows cells of the posterior embryonic gut of an 8-10 hour old wild type embryo. Inx3 protein (green) is detected using anti-Inx3 rabbit polyclonal primary antibody and an FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary. Inx3 protein is detected in numerous, intensely-fluorescent, punctae around the edge of gut cells (arrows). This pattern is similar to that noted for Inx2 and Ogre protein in wild type cells but is radically different from the staining pattern observed for Inx3 protein in inx2null and dominant mutant embryos.
