Ogre protein distribution in wild type embryonic gut cells.
The image shows cells of the posterior embryonic gut of an 8-10 hour old wild type embryo. Ogre protein (green) is detected using anti-Ogre rabbit polyclonal primary antibody and an FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary. Ogre protein is detected in numerous, intensely-fluorescent, punctae around the edge of gut cells (arrows). This pattern is similar to that noted for Inx2 and Inx3 protein.
