Inx2 protein distribution in wild type embryonic gut cells.
The image shows cells of the posterior embryonic gut of an 8-10 hour old wild type embryo. Inx2 protein (green) is detected using anti-Inx2 rabbit polyclonal primary antibody and an FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary. The wild type protein produces numerous, intensely-fluorescent, punctae around the edge of gut cells. This pattern is similar to that noted for Ogre and Inx3 protein.
