Wing phenotypes observed expressing multiple UAS-innexins. Two copies of UAS-inx2.
Photograph of a wing from an animal of genotype UAS-inx22UE10 / + ; C96GAL4 / UAS-inx23UE26. In this case the C96GAL4 ( Gustafson and Boulianne, 1996) line drives expression of a large quantity of Inx2 in the developing wing margin. The observed wing serration phenotype (arrowheads) is much stronger than that observed when UAS-ogre2UO15 is expressed alone.
